Amanda is a second year Pro on the ProGRT DH circuit after winning Nat Champs as Cat 1 in 2013. She also finished 4th overall in the 2015 Scott Enduro Series and one of her edits was a Pinkbike top 3 videos of the month for January 2015.
Amanda’s goal for 2016 includes competing at Sea Otter and Crankworx Whistler for the first time, as well as making a few of the ProGRT stops.
“My plan is to be stronger than ever in 2016, mentally and physically. I spend a lot of time with my personal trainer, on my bike (and dirt bike), and skiing some. Variety is your friend when it comes to training, so I like to mix it up. I enjoy spending time on my balance board and yoga mat, and becoming more in-tune with my body.”
Interesting facts about Amanda: “I talk to my dogs on a regular basis and I love to sing but I am terrible at it. Neil Diamond is a god.”
