What is your all-time favourite riding destination?

Difficult but if you are willing to ride for more than 5 hours and also like to do some MTBing I would choose Livigno… Girona got too crowded for me.

What are you excited about with your partnership with SCOTT?

Good people, best products, constant development, I‘m with the brand for my whole career and I‘ve won a couple of races just because I had an advantage on the equipment side

What does "No Shortcuts" mean to you?

Don‘t stop because it gets hard. You separate from competition when you face challenges. NEVER CHEAT.

What do you get up to when you’re not out riding?

Running ;-) jokes aside, I‘m a father now, does that answer the question :-)

Outside of cycling, where do you draw inspiration from?

My family, books.

Satellite Phone, water cleaning equipment, survival knife.
