Biography:
Squeezing the most I can out of life. Runner for the past 25 years. I moved up to ultras in 2014 and haven’t looked back as I use these long races to travel the world. I will run on the road, trails and in the mountains from 5km to 100miles.
I work as a Sports physiotherapist and specialise in treating runners but also treat everyone!
I am married, live in a beautiful part of world and own a dog called Wilfred, a naughty border terrier!

Represented GB in World 100k champs (best place 4th); World trail champs (best position 7th) 3 times.

1- I was an Army Officer before I was a Sports Physio
2- I look like my dog!
3- I am still the highest ever British female finisher in the Marathon des Sables (2nd in 2014)
