Genius 910 reviewed by BIKE magazine

16 10月 2012

BIKE magazine /Germany tested and reviewed the SCOTT Genius 910. Here is what the editors wrote: "By eliminating the 26" wheels and the pull shock, the new bike revealed some entirely new approach SCOTT has been working on. (...)

SCOTT uses TwinLoc, which makes it easy for the rider to decide where and when to reduce or lock both, fork and shock at the same time with the remote on the handle bar. By having a reduced air chamber in the traction and lockout mode, the rear of the Genius sinks less, especially in steep uphills - that improves the climbing position significantly. (...)

The new Nude2 shock offers much more potential than the old pull shock. In the Traction Mode travel is reduced to 110 mm. In the Descend Mode, fork and shock blend well with each other.

+ Stiffer and significantly lighter frame.
+ very good climbing thanks to TwinLoc.
+ More balance thanks to the slacker head angle."
