I don’t see my preferred dealer in the Locally App

SCOTT Dealers participating with Locally will show up in Locally and only those that choose to share their stock information with Locally will have inventory reports.

Can I purchase directly through Locally?

Some stores provide a purchase option through Locally but if not, you can always call a store directly to confirm inventory and speak to the store about organizing a test ride.

Can I send the bike directly to my house?

The bike needs to be collected from the dealer’s shop. Our Dealers are trained to assemble the bike correctly, run safety checks and give you the support you need.

My preferred dealer isn’t showing up at the check-out

Only dealers participating in the Click and Collect program are listed at check-out

What should I bring when picking up my bike from the dealer?

Order Confirmation: This is the email that confirms your purchase. It serves as proof that you have completed the order.

Personal ID: A valid form of personal identification, such as a driver's license or passport, is required to verify your identity and ensure a smooth pickup process.
